Catalyst

Plate (SCR)

Our plate catalyst consists of stainless-steel mesh with V2O5, WO3 or MoO3, and TiO2 as the main ingredients.  The advantage of this catalyst is low pressure drop, and pluggage resistance properties to maintain performance of the life of the catalyst.  Operating temperature range is between 350F-840oF (150-420oC), 90% efficiency, available between 5, 6, & 7mm.  Applications include Coal and other forms of Power Generation, Biomass Boilers, Steel, Petrochemical, Glass, and Cement industries to list a few.

Honeycomb (SCR)

Our Honeycomb catalyst is a monolithic construction in controlling NOx from flue gas.  Due to the uniform catalyst, this catalyst has active catalyst components evenly distributed throughout. This catalyst has a wide temperature range between 300-930oF (150-500oC), available in square size in lengths up to 51” or 1300mm, in pitch varying between 11×11 cell to 108×108 cell. Applications included but not limited to Power Generation, Biomass, Ceramic, Glass, Coking, and Cement Industries.

Corrugated (SCR)

Our corrugated catalyst is for low dust applications like Gas Turbine, gasoline and diesel engines, and some petrochemical industry applications.  Constructed from glass fiber reinforced carrier, this impregnated V2O5 ensures optimal NOx emissions control. Most thermal stable of all catalyst.

Fe Zeolite (SCR)

This SCR (selective Catalyst Reduction) Catalyst is applicable to high temperature applications between 800-1100oF (425-590oC) for NOx control.  Available in both round and square sizes, this Cordierite glass fiber can be coated or impregnated with > 90% efficiency.  Applications include but are not limited to automotive on/off road, Boilers, Gas Turbine, and Power Generation.

Carbon Monoxide (CO) Oxidation Catalyst

Available in both square and round shape, this is a great catalyst to help reduce CO (Carbon Monoxides and VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) pollutants from the environment.  Operating temperature range between 450 to750oF (230-400oC), with ~95% oxidation efficiency, this Cordierite or TiO2 glass fiber Catalyst is up to the task.  Applications include but not limited to gas turbines, steel mills, incinerations, and CDQ flue gas applications.

DOC & cDPF

Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC)

Our Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC) is very effective in the on/off road application in removing Carbon Monoxides (CO) and unburnt Hydrocarbons (HC) from the exhaust stream.  We have excellent efficiency greater than 90%, low light off temperature, longer service life, and low-pressure drop.

Catalysed Diesel Particulate Filter (cDPF)

Our Catalyzed Diesel Particulate Filter (cDPF) is very effective in capturing particulate matter emissions, oxidizing Hydrocarbons (HC) and carbon monoxide (CO), lower regeneration temperatures while achieving passive regeneration.

TWC/3WC (Three (3) Way Catalyst)

Our 3-Way Catalyst has low light-off temperatures and high conversion efficiency for CH4 , NOx ,& CO. High Temperature resistance and good hydrothermal performance.  It can also handle high space velocities and resistance to sulfur and phosphorus poisoning.

NMHC (Non-Methane Hydrocarbon Catalyst)

Our Non-Methane Hydrocarbon Catalyst is mainly used in diesel applications and other Petrochemical industries.  Operating temperature range between 482-1022oF (250-550oC).  This Catalyst helps supports the conversion of unburnt HC HydroCarbons and CO Carbon monOxides into H20 water and CO2 carbon dioxides.

HCN (Hydrogen Cyanide Catalyst)

Our Hydrogen Cyanide Catalyst has an operating temperature range of 536-752oF (280-400oC) with 90% conversion efficiency.
